At Pairs Socks, we want your feet to stay happy and comfortable; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn socks with all original tags attached into the shipping mailer and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
